                     ENCORE DANCE PRINCIPAL  - Miss Kirra                     TEACHER - Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary & Tiny Tots

Miss Kirra opened Encore Dance in 2014 at 15 years of age with four students.  Due to success and growth Miss Kirra moved locations to Adamstown, Henderson Park Hall. Encore Dance classes are kept to a minimum number to provide the best learning to all students enrolled within Encore Dance. Miss Kirra has danced since three years of age in Classical Ballet, Contemporary and Jazz, and received high results in both competitive competitions and RAD Classical Ballet exams.  Dancing through the years has provided Miss Kirra with confidence, which has also reflected on her work as a singer, actor and model.   Having completed in 2014 her HSC Dance in advance, with also completing all other HSC subjects in 2016, Miss Kirra is dedicated to teaching at Encore Dance, whilst pursuing also her singing career.    Miss Kirra was selected each year from 2012 through to 2016 as a featured singing artist in the Newcastle Star Struck Productions, with also being a featured artist for the Lake Macquarie International Children’s Games, Newcastle & Lake Macquarie Christmas Carols and both Sports Awards events, Support Act for 2015 X Factor winner at 2016 Run Newcastle, Charlies Run4Kids Charity event and many other local events.  Television work includes as a regular extra on Channel 7 'Home & Away',  Sunday Night Program, with other program acting roles including numerous commercials and added print work for David Jones, Big W, Rebel Sport, That's Life, Best & Less and more.  Links to Kirra Pryor Music Facebook page provided with also links to some of Miss Kirra's YouTube performances, Choreography and television work below.
Miss Kirra loves working with children and with our Tap teacher Miss Olivia and all other fill-in teaching staff, we will teach and respect each individual child to enable them to be happy whilst learning the world of dance.Links to Encore Dance &  'Kirra Pryor Music' Facebook page

MISS JASMYN 

Jasmyn has a long history with dance since starting at age 3. You may remember seeing Jasmyn the past few years helping out with our end of year concert! Jasmyn was a competitive dancer at an elite level until ages 18 where she decided to focus on her studies with HSC beginning and university applications. In Jasmyn’s 15 years of competitive dance she completed RAD classical ballet syllabus completed up until advanced foundation with distinction, successfully competed in jazz and contemporary solos at eisteddfods and was a part of some of the most successful groups such as winning the Australasian Jazz Group Finals at Sydney Opera House in 2016. More recently Jasmyn has been completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Port Macquarie these past few years and will be popping in to help out Encore Dance while Miss Kirra is away.

MISS BRYNN

Brynn has been dancing, singing, and performing from a very young age and is still performing frequently today. She is a member of Children’s entertainment group ‘The little Scallywagz’ who provide entertainment to little ones all around NSW including as a part of the Hunter Valley Gardens Christmas lights spectacular. She is also a member of ‘Team 609’ a competitive Hip-Hop team who achieved great success in 2019 when they won an international dance bid to compete in Las Vegas. Brynn’s passions also lie in Musical Theatre and she has performed at the Civic theatre in both ‘Chess the Musical’ and ‘Jersey Boys’. Later this year Brynn will be making her debut at the Civic Playhouse as Elle Woods in ‘Legally Blonde.’
